Our history

In 2021 Tanya Gallagher and Gemma Oswell launched Limitless Leadership. Capitalising on more than 17 years’ experience in the corporate world, but now free from its constraints, the Limitless Leadership team offers large and global business a flexible, agile and tailored approach to developing their leaders.

2006 – Joined a family run boutique leadership development solutions company
2008 – Acquired by Oliver Wyman, expanded global delivery capability
2013 – Transferred to Mercer’s Human Capital department, continued and enhanced offering
2020 – Mercer closes its leadership development business
2021 – Limitless Leadership launched, transferring Mercer’s clients into the business
